Packages

Your HubSpot portal shouldn't be running your life.

If you've ever opened your portal and thought "I have no idea if any of this is set up right," you're in the right place.

I help small teams on Starter and Pro plans figure out what's working, fix what isn't, and feel confident in their HubSpot. Whether you want someone to coach you through it or just take a few things off your plate, we'll figure out what fits.

No agency overhead. No big rebuild project. Just a HubSpot person in your corner.

Is this you?

"I set this up two years ago and haven't touched it since."

"I'm paying for HubSpot but I don't think I'm using it well."

"I don't have a HubSpot person I can just ask."

"Is my portal even set up right? Am I missing something important?"

"I want to learn how this works, not just hand it off."

If any of those sound familiar, keep reading.

Ready to talk?

One call. One question: can Casey Co help your portal?

If yes, we'll talk about the audit. If not, I'll point you somewhere helpful.

How it works

Step 1: Discovery call. One call, one question. Is your portal something I can help with? If yes, we move to the audit. If not, I'll point you to someone who can.

Step 2: Portal audit. I look under the hood. You get a written report and a walkthrough call.

Step 3: Ongoing support. Pick a tier that fits how much help you actually want. Month-to-month, no long contracts.

Step 1: The Portal Audit

Every engagement starts here.

Before I take on any retainer client, we start with an audit. It's how we both figure out what your portal actually needs and whether ongoing support from me is the right fit.

What you get:

  • A full review of your portal (setup, data, automation, what's being used, what isn't)
  • A written report with what's working, what's broken, and what's missing
  • A walkthrough call to talk through the findings
  • A recommendation for what to do next, including which tier (if any) makes sense

💡 $2,000 flat

One-time. No commitment beyond the audit itself.

Step 2: Ongoing Support

Every tier is a mix of two things: coaching (where I walk you through it) and hands-on help (where I just do the thing). The tiers are different ratios of those two. We figure out the right mix in the audit.

Most clients land on Growth.

What's not included in these packages

These packages are built for ongoing support, not project work. So a few things sit outside what they cover:

  • Big implementation builds
  • HubSpot-Salesforce integration projects
  • Custom lead scoring builds
  • Long-term project management

I do some of this work outside the package model. If that's what you're looking for, just ask on the discovery call. If it's not a fit for me, I know good people doing that work and I'm happy to make an intro.

FAQ

Can I skip the audit and go straight to a retainer?

I get why you'd want to. Honestly though, the audit is what makes the retainer work. Without it we're both guessing about what your portal needs, and that's not a great way to start. The audit protects both of us.

What's the difference between a coaching session and a task?

A coaching session is a 60-minute call where we work through something together. A task is something I'll do for you in your portal (within reason and within the support pool scope). Coaching is for learning. Tasks are for getting something off your plate.

How long is the commitment?

Month-to-month. Most folks stay because it's working, not because they have to.

What if I outgrow the tier?

You can move up. And if you outgrow what I offer entirely, I'll connect you with someone who handles bigger or more complex work. No hard sell, no scope creep on my end to keep you.

Do you do the work, or coach me through it?

Both, depending on the tier and the task. The default is coaching, because most of my clients actually want to learn HubSpot, not just hand it off. But there's a support pool for the stuff that makes more sense for me to just handle.
