Benefits

  • Captures wider audience for B2C-focused initiatives
  • Enables outreach to individual decision-makers without corporate emails
  • Maintains complete database for comprehensive analytics

Challenges

  • Harder to identify high-quality, business-intent leads
  • Dilutes database insights and can skew marketing metrics
  • Often associated with spam, potentially reducing email deliverability rates

Strategic Value of Filtering

  • Improved Data Quality: Filter out lower-intent contacts for better segmentation and more accurate reporting on your B2B marketing effectiveness.
  • Email Strategy Optimization: Focus campaigns on verified business emails to reach actual decision-makers within your target organizations.
  • Targeted Engagement Approach: Create separate, appropriately tailored follow-up strategies for free domain users versus business domain contacts.
