Implementation in HubSpot
1. Create Contact List
- Navigate to Contacts > Lists > Create List
- Select "Create a contact-based list"
- Name your list (e.g., "Free Email Domain Contacts")
2. Apply Email Domain Filter
- Click "Add filter"
- Select Contact Properties > Email Domain
- Keep the default "is equal to any of" operator
- Paste list of free domains with semicolons from columns A & B of the spreadsheet
3. Save & Analyze List
- Review the filtered contacts to understand the composition of your database
